Who We Are

Randy and Nicole Beck are the founders of Rise and Lead LLC, a faith-driven couple passionate about helping others grow in purpose and strengthen their relationships. As a blended family with six children, they understand the beauty and challenges of building unity through love and grace.

Randy is a three-time Hodgkin’s Lymphoma survivor, and together they openly share how God’s faithfulness carried them through life’s toughest seasons. The Becks are John Maxwell Leadership Certified Coaches and SYMBIS Certified Marriage Coaches, equipping them to guide couples and leaders toward greater connection, growth, and purpose.

They love traveling, spending time with their family, and enjoying life with their two mini Goldendoodles, Charlie and Sammy. Their story is one of resilience, faith, and purpose — a reminder that with God, every challenge can become a testimony.
